The ActiveKEY is designed to be active and ready to open lockboxes when you go to use it.

Fees

  • Annual lease of $208.72
  • Annual insurance coverage of $25 (optional)
  • One-time activation fee of $75
  • One-time set up fee of $16.05
  • Lease amount is prorated monthly
  • Billing cycle begins on September 5th

eKEY

The eKEY, along with the help of an eKEY Fob, turns your phone into your lockbox key.*

Two service levels are available: (1) Basic for common keybox functions and (2) Professional for enhanced capabilities and additional business tools.

  • Monthly payment of $18.71 plus tax (Basic) or $29.21 plus tax (Professional)
  • One-time activation fee of $75
  • One-time set up fee of $16.05
  • Fob purchase of $59.94 plus tax
