Our records show that only 1/3rd of our members have completed their 4th Quadrennial Requirement. 

Every four (4) years, all existing, or active REALTOR® members (which included Appraisers) must complete a refresher training on the Code of Ethics as a requirement of continued membership. This training for existing members must also meet the learning objectives and time requirements established by the National Association of REALTORS® and be approved by the local association of the primary members.

While the Quadrennial does not end until December 31, 2016,  you can meet the requirement anytime between now and then. 

If you already complete your Code of Ethics requirement elswhere, please be sure to send the copy of your Certificate of complete to membership@gaar.com
