To help better meet GAAR members' property management needs, a new status, ‘Rented,’ is now available for Residential Rental properties in Flexmls.

This status replaces ‘Closed’ status for Residential Rental properties. All existing Residential Rental properties noted as ‘Closed’ have been mapped to this new status.
