As part of the Association and MLS’s impetus to increase outreach to members and provide world-class customer service and training, we are seeking eligible and well-qualified applicants for the newly created Training Administrator position.  As members of the Association and MLS, you may know someone in your circle that would be an excellent fit for this exciting full-time employment opportunity.

 

General Description of Responsibilities:

The Training Administrator has responsibility for creating a positive environment and experience for members.  This position interfaces directly and regularly with members and is responsible for providing expertise and assistance with the operations of the MLS system and related products and services.  The Training Administrator is responsible for being the first-line expert with the operations and integrations relating to the Flexmls system.  This position requires familiarization with Association and MLS policies, procedures, and Rules and Regulations and must have extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  This position requires performance of a variety of tasks and requires good judgment with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.

  

The Training Administrator will be considered a representative of the Association and MLS.  Therefore, the focus of this position is working with others, building and maintaining relationships and working closely and accurately within established guidelines.  A customer-driven attitude is necessary in serving members and providing world-class customer service. 

 

The needs and learning styles of members differs greatly, and the Training Administrator should be able to identify the best teaching style, pertaining both to the subject matter, as well as the delivery of the information to the members.  The Training Administrator should possess the ability to think creatively when developing curriculum towards new training opportunities.

 

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required.  Post secondary courses completed, certificates earned, and/or Associates degree preferred.
  • Good computer skills; experienced with variety of software.
  • Good communication skills; written, oral, listening.
  • Good interpersonal skills; enjoys & supports team environment.  Self motivated, adaptable and goal orientated.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards both professionally and personally; ability to recognize and maintain confidential information.
  • Very reliable and dependable.
  • Candidate must have prior experience in the real estate industry.
