Make sure to pay your SWMLS invoice online by June 30th to avoid a 5% late fee.

Members who pay online will be automatically entered for a chance to win a $150 Visa Gift Card. 3 runners-up will receive a $40 GAAR CE Gift Certificate to be applied to any class held here at the REALTOR® Building. The drawing will be held on July 1st, so if you're late, you won't qualify.
