2010 Leadership Development Program
The Leadership Development Program is an educational and informational program designed to encourage future leaders in our industry and community at all levels. The program consists of five, half-day modules, which will be held on consecutive Thursdays beginning April 1, 2010. Module content will address topics affecting REALTORS® today including: economic development, understanding GREEN technologies, leadership structure of REALTOR® Associations, REALTOR® and community education systems, resources and the importance of community involvement.
A $150 commitment fee is required from each person selected to participate. In addition to attending all sessions, participants will complete a team project requiring a commitment of their time extending past the structured modules.
Through an application and interview process, approximately 30 individuals will be invited to participate in the 2010 program. The application deadline is March 3, 2010, and interviews will be on March 4 from 10 am – Noon.
