Highlights

• the median detached home price rose 5.6 percent to $198,000
• the average detached price rose 9.0 percent to $242,532
• overall inventory of detached homes for sale decreased  19.1 percent to 2,645
• the number of closed sales for detached homes increased 3.4 percent to 1,066
• the number of detached homes going under contract rose 17.8 percent to 1,364
