Monthly Highlights

• July saw a 14.06 percent decrease in pending sales and 24.22 percent decrease in closed sales, when compared to the previous year.

• The median sale price for single-family detached home sales rose in July to $186,000, up 0.54 percent from the prevous year and up 2.76 percent
from the previous month.

• Active listing inventory for single-family, detached homes is at 5,803, up 5.97 percent from the previous year.

Area Spotlight - MLS Area 110 - Northwest Heights


Area 110 is located on the Westside of Albuquerque, moving west from the Rio Grande River to the volcanic peaks visible from the rest of the city. This includes parts of Albuquerque, Taylor Ranch, Paradise Hills and newer developments near the Petroglyphs. The Area boundaries are defined as east of Paseo del Volcan, South of Paseo del Norte, West of Coors Blvd and North of Unser Blvd.
