We also provide a comparison to 2nd quarter numbers from the same date range in 2008. The data is for existing homes sales for single-family homes and condos/townhomes in the Greater Albuquerque market area.

Data, data, data....I love it, it is the key to back all we keep telling our clients. It is the best time, and when you see real estate agents wanting to buy, that is another huge sign of the market being great....and I want to buy!!!

I would like to see 1st and 2nd Half Comparisons by Areas like the Annual Reports. Is this possible? Or, do I need to continue to compile this data on my own? Just feel a larger data base has more meaning in any analysis of changing markets in each area versus the monthly and quarterly sales.
