If you have a High School age child, this is the place to be! Volcano Vista which opened in Fall of 2007 will have its first class of Seniors in Fall 2009. The school is highly praised and has a real "hands-on" principal, Yvonne Garcia.

Located with minutes of the Cottonwood Mall and the Paseo/Coors corridor, you can be on-the-go quickly. Having live in this wonderful area for over 30+ years, I can tell you there are some great values to be had. A good portion of Paradise Hills older area is located within the county, giving a lower tax basis. That is certainly a positive plus in this economy. Many homes sit on larger lots in this area. The county area has a real homespun attitude.
The newer part of Paradise West has bought it growth and a welcome addition of CNM Westside. New shopping, a fabulous school system completes this amazing area.
Outstanding values can be had in this marvelous section of the city.

This area has a lovely mix of new construction and master planned communities. There are gated communities (with fantastic views) and many lovely parks. What a great area- definately worth looking at!

In Albuquerque, Paradise West(Area 120)offers great value for your investment. That may be because of its relative "newness" and perceived distance from downtown. My crystal ball tells me this is an area to watch.
