When I had my office in area 50 at Wyoming and Montgomery, I enjoyed the convenience of the small malls with their variety of restaurants and other shops. Finding a great place to have lunch was never a problem. At the end of the day, I could shop for just about anything I needed on the way home. The 14 neighborhoods that make up the area are well served by businesses along the bordering and intersecting main streets. The shops and offices of service providers help make the area a desirable community in which to live and work.

I'll be so glad when they get the Winrock Center issue resolved so that they can move forward to complete this area project.
The homes are that area are ripe for remodels and becoming the next revival area. With retro/contemporary becoming a very popular style, and for those not wanting flat roof pueblo style homes - this area is IT! When I do see a property in this area that has been renovated, it's always a big WOW.

As the data shows, various locations of Albuquerque continue to have a strong value. Close to this area of town are some nice places to go shopping, including the new ABQ Uptown,Beauty First and great places to eat like Scarpas or Savoy. (See links below.) The convenience of this location to I-40 makes getting around town very easy.
