The nearest Park and Ride location is North of Central Ave in MLS Area 111, Northwest Heights.

Even though home prices have increased in the Southwest Heights neighborhood as they have everywhere else, 2008 prices show that comparatively prices remain competitive. The increase in the number of sales from 2000 to 2008 reveals that some people are discovering the value in the area. --Eloise Gift
