Rio Rancho is identified in the Southwest Multiple Listing Service with seven distinct MLS areas, located in Sandoval County, to the northwest of the city of Albuquerque.
The city of Rio Rancho is located within the Rio Rancho School District, with ten elementary schools, four middle schools (Eagle Ridge, Lincoln, Mountain View and Rio Rancho), and two high schools, (Rio Rancho High and S. Cleveland).

A variety of community resources and business serve this area. There is also access to several bike paths and shopping centers. For commuters to metro Albuquerque, the Rio Rancho MLS areas offer quick access to the river bridges at Alameda, Paseo del Norte and Bernalillo. The City of ABQ transit system offers a Park and Ride location in westside ABQ at Ellison and Coors bypass. There is also bus/shuttle service in Rio Rancho that will take you to the Railrunner station in Bernalillo.

I decipher this as evidence of the market officially having officially turned. Compare 2008-2009 to 2003-2004. The consumption growth bar graph looks very similar, although prices remained pretty steady 2008-2009 as oppose to a slight increase 2003-2004. All things considered, the prices are higher now than they were then by over $50,000 though. I would be curious to try loading this data onto the renowned stock-tracking database "trend-finder" to see if it predicts the same thing that I see: GROWTH! According to this data, the future looks bright~

The Rio Rancho housing statistics and graphs tell a fascinating story of growth in terms of annual sales and correlating average and median prices. Considering current national housing market trends, The Rio Rancho market is still attracting buyers.
