It was from this encounter that he envisioned a more innovative way to handle real estate transactions. He earned his license in 1998, and within a few years, decided to start his own Brokerage. Since then, he has offered his clients’ more options for buying and selling than the traditional methods.

ABQ Realty is now in its 11th year of business. He has never regretted changing career paths. “One of my favorite parts of this business”, John says, “is no two deals have ever been the same. I always have to think of different solutions”.
