GAAR Raises $5,000 for APS Homeless Students Project
The Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS® presented a $5,000 donation to Helen Fox, liaison for the Albuquerque Public Schools Title-1 Homeless Students Project. The money was raised during a recent charity event. APS estimates there are more than 5,000 homeless students in the Albuquerque Public Schools system. The donation was matched by the Bank of Albuquerque.
