IMPORTANT! The managing broker for each company must register and select Internet marketing sites, or “Channels” to initiate your company’s free listing distribution and reports!

Introducing ListHub:
ListHub is the nation’s leading program for listing distribution and online marketing reports. ListHub partners with more than 30 major national Internet marketing Web sites such as Trulia, Yahoo! Real Estate, Zillow, Google, and many more to get you the broadest possible exposure for your listings, along with the critical metrics detailing the activity around your listings online.

GAAR has arranged to make the entire ListHub system available to all members at no cost! Each company will automatically have an “upgraded” ListHub account, and all of the “best-in-class” marketing benefits included with the upgrade, including:

• Company-wide marketing reports
• Agent-specific marketing reports
• Individual listing reports for sellers
• Listing presentation flyers

IMPORTANT! The managing broker for each company must register and select Internet marketing sites, or “Channels” to initiate your company’s free listing distribution and reports!

Please have your managing broker follow these steps to get started:

1. Visit www.listhub.com
2. Click “Create account”
3. Fill in the required information
4. Click “Channels”
5. Select which channels to use

What next?
Agents whose offices have opted to use this program will begin to automatically receive reports that will give you valuable data such as which Internet marketing sites are driving the most traffic to you, and what type of properties are getting the most traffic. Agents will also receive special reports for each individual property that can be shared with sellers. Reports will automatically be delivered by email in PDF format on the 1st of each month, starting on December 1st, 2009. An email will come from Threewide with the subject line: “ListHub November Brokerage Report for (company name) from GAAR.”

Why register?
If you have never created a ListHub account before, you might consider doing so if you would like to take advantage of all of your Internet marketing options. Here are just a few of the benefits of registration:

• Get maximum exposure for your listings from more than 30 major Web sites that your managing broker can choose from
• Personalize your reports with your brokerage logo. Login to your ListHub account, select ‘settings’ in the top right corner, then select ‘brokerage’. Scroll down to the logo section and follow the instructions.
• Control where your leads go. Choose a central email address, or have the leads go directly to the listing agents. Login to your ListHub account, select ‘settings’ in the top right corner, then select ‘property pages’. Scroll down to ‘contact options’ to change your settings.
• Get eMarketing flyers that are great for your listing presentations!

Want to Opt-Out?
If the managing broker opts-out, all agents in the office will be unable to use this service. To opt-out follow the “how to register” instructions above, select the ‘channels’ tab at the top of the page and de-select all channels.

Need more information?
Contact ListHub at 877-847-3394 ext . 736 and your account representative, Lisa Suazo, will personally assist you with your online marketing. You can also see sample reports online by clicking here.

Actually you have much less control over your listings with this feature; once a listing is syndicated you can't pull it back, so if it gets sold, it can stay there forever. I have buyers that call after they have bought a house and wonder why their home is still showing 'for sale'. Syndication actually means loss of control

This sounds like we will get more control of our listing distribution. As it stands now there seems to be some disconnect on the Agents listing displaying only the broker's contact information.

Maybe this system is already in place and we just need to update?
