Time after time, we have been mentioned on top ten lists concerning desirable places to live. It is great to see the national recognition on how the Albuquerque Metro Market maintains its strength while other markets are bottoming out. This is one more reason why home purchases in the Albuquerque Metro are consistently wise investments.

We know that a thriving real estate market depends largely in part on the underlying economy of the region. As long as people have jobs and income they will be able to buy houses. it is encouraging to know we made the top ten. Let's hope job security and growth will continue in such a way as to make the prediction come true.

It is great to see articles like this! As local experts it is our job to keep the general public informed on local issues that matter to them. I love the fact that with this article we now have proof to show our friends and family that they are in a healthy environment thanks to the efforts of all the entities involved in making Albuquerque a desirable area destination for businesses, therefore following everything else that makes it a "promising market"!
