What do I do with my Supra Key if I become inactive?

If you have an ActiveKEY, you will need to return the product to Member Services and complete the Supra Cancellation form. If you have the Ekey (Smartphone), you can complete the Supra Cancellation form and submit it to Member Services, fax 505-842-0448 or email: supra@gaar.com .

What do I do with my lockboxes if I become inactive or do not have use for them?

Member Services will not buy back older, used lockboxes should you become inactive. However, if you simply no longer have use for them, you can bring them to GAAR at the Supra Implementation Event in February 2016. If you recently received a loaner Supra iBox, please return them to GAAR Member Services when you become inactive or no longer have use for them.

What happens to my Lockboxes when I transfer offices?

The lockboxes will transfer to the new office.

What do I do with a defective lockbox?
You have the responsibility to remove the defective lockbox from the property. Once the box has been removed, you can bring it in to Member Services for a replacement at no cost. However, Member Services will not cover the cost of a locksmith.
