On Tuesday, March 27th, GAAR will host an interactive training session presented by the City of Albuquerque on the new Integrated Development Ordinance (IDO). The event will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the GAAR REALTOR@ Building.

Mayor Tim Keller and the City of Albuquerque have developed this training because they want to help you learn more about the new land use, zoning, and planning regulations that are part of the Integrated Development Ordinance (IDO) before it becomes effective on May 17. It will be important for REALTORS@ to know how to use the new regulations and how those regulations may impact your clients, their property, and their part of town.
