NMAR General Counsel Ashley Strauss-Martin will review the latest forms changes, news, and legal issues affecting real estate. Attendees can earn two hours of CE credits with proceeds benefiting the REALTOR® Relief Foundation.

Instructor: Ashley Strauss-Martin.Ms. Strauss-Martin has a B.A. from U. of South Florida and a J.D. from the UNM School of Law. She has been the NMAR General Counsel since 2007. She writes or reviews all NMAR Forms, runs the NMAR Legal Hotline. Ms. Strauss-Martin also writes articles on legal issues for the NMAR Voice, presents legal updates reviews all of NMAR contracts with third-parties, sits on and assists most NMAR Committees, draft, reviews and lobby bills at the state level and  serves as an expert witness before the state legislature on bills she's drafted and assists NMAR with any other legal issues that arise.
