New Mexico Escrow Solutions and Sunwest Escrow, in conjunction with the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®, have established a scholarship for new REALTOR® family members.

Formerly known as the Security Escrow Educational Scholarship, our new sponsor partners will each select one applicant for a $1,000 scholarship to help defray GAAR and SWMLS Membership dues.

Winners will be notified and invited to attend the Awards Gala Event on March 4th for recognition. 

To be considered, a recipient must meet the following criteria:

1.  Must be a relative of a GAAR REALTOR® Member.

2.  Must be a first-time REALTOR® Member.

3.  Must have a New Mexico Real Estate license issued between February 1, 2021 - February 1, 2022.

4.  Must have joined GAAR (as primary association) and SWMLS between February 1, 2021 - February 1, 2022.

5.  Must submit an essay online on "Why I became a REALTOR®."

The deadline to nominate and for the nominee to submit an essay is Friday, February 18th.
