As of 2017, the REALTOR® Fund, an endowment fund established by GAAR, managed by the Albuquerque Community Foundation, and supported by GAAR REALTORS® and Affiliates, reached its original goal of raising $1 million more than four years early! Our new goal is to increase our endowment to $2 million and we are well on our way!
Since 2009, the REALTOR® Fund has donated more than $500,000 to over 50 local non-profit organizations through grants and contributions to Good Neighbor charities.
