How do the text messages and QR codes work?

When a consumer sends a text to the number provided, they will receive a reply with a link to the property’s details page. Similarly, scanning the QR code will link the consumer to the property’s details page. From there, the consumer could complete the lead form on the MLS consumer website to request more information. If your listing is viewed from a text or QR code, you will see this activity as additional views. Also, when the text option is utilized, the telephone number of the lead that is viewing your listing will be delivered to you via both text and email – please make sure your mobile phone number and email address are correct in the ‘My Account’ section of ListTrac. You can confirm this information in ListTrac by clicking the dropdown arrow next to your name, and selecting ‘My Account.
