PIDs - Public Improvement Districts

HB371 was passed in the New Mexico Legislature requiring sellers or their brokers to disclose if the property for sale is in a "Public Improvement District" or "PID."  The information provided in this section is to assist in that process.  RANM has provided a form which may be used for disclosure and has provided other information as well. The RANM form for PID disclosure (RANM Form 4550) and the instruction sheet (RANM Form 4500) are also located on Instanet.

PID Information for Disclosure

How to use this information

This section contains at least three documents per Public Improvement District. The "General lnformation Sheet" is designed to help you easily complete RANM Form 4550 for PID Disclosures (assessable through Instanet). The "Notice of Information" and the "DFA Annual Budget Documents" should be downloaded and attached to your completed disclosure form.

The DFA Annual Budget Document and the Notice of Information will be updated each year in September/October timeframe. GAAR's legal council then reviews those forms to update the "General Information Sheet."  Please note, the information in the "General Information Sheet" has been compiled from public documents available as of March 24, 2015. No guaranty of accuracy or completeness is made, and no obligation to update the information is assumed. Users of this information are urged to independently verify it.
