The owners of a Downtown corner on Silver Avenue and 6th Street are marketing their properties for redevelopment.
The landowners are selling the two adjoining properties, roughly one-third of an acre, for $1.2 million.
Todd Clarke of NM Apartment Advisors has the listing, and is also the landowner of the building at 210-230 6th St. SW. The building includes apartments, small business storefronts and the well-known restaurant Cecilia's Cafe.
The Mukai family owns the adjacent property, located at 517-521 Silver Ave. SW. The 1920s home and rooming house, where people rented a room and shared a bathroom, was turned into seven apartments. The back of the property also includes a 16-space parking lot.
