Greg Lobberegt has been selling real estate in Albuquerque for over 30 years (before cell phones, computers, and lockboxes. When he first got into the business, he had lived in Albuquerque for one year, knew 10 people, and had 6 weeks of savings, not 6 months, to make it!

For the next 10 years, Greg struggled with the so called “ups and downs” and the “good and ba ”markets, barely earning enough to pay his bills. His “burn-out” level was high, and he thought about getting out of the business. Then, in 1994, he heard a tape (yes, tape) interviewing a Dr. Fred Grosse.

Dr. Fred was not a Realtor, but a “teacher” and a “life coach”, who talked about leading a “Balanced and Magnificent Life”, where one could increase their income through “Dollar Productive Activity”, while working fewer hours, and to have a life! When the student is ready, the teacher appears. Greg’s business and life blossomed!

At the end of 2007 (remember the "Great Recession"?), another powerful influence crossed Greg’s path. His name was Larry Kendall, the creator of “Ninja Selling”. Larry was a lot like Dr. Fred, but he was a Broker of The Group, one of the country’s most successful Real Estate Companies. He stressed

dollar productive activity, but he had systems in place to increase one’s income, while also teaching the proper “Mindset”, “Skillset”, and "Actions" to succeed, £1 to have a life!

Since the beginning, Greg has gone from a $2 million producer to over $25 million per year. He now takes 100 days off per year, travels the world, plays drums and sings in a rock-and—roll band, and has taught over a thousand aspiring Brokers to achieve a successful Real Estate Business, and lead a

“Balanced, Magnificent Life”!
