Effective January 1, 2012, Associate Brokers first licensed in New Mexico on or after January 1, 2012, must complete this course within their first year of licensure.

New Broker Business Practices consists of 10 modules that cover everything from the basics of establishing a real estate business to the successful closing of a transaction –creating business plans, prospecting, working with buyers and sellers, the Purchase Agreement & listing process, presenting and negotiating offers.
