What you need to do before Supra 2.0
As we transition to the new Supra Program in February 2016, we currently stopped selling lockboxes. If you need a new lockbox, GAAR will temporarily loan you a Supra iBox.
As a loan, it must be returned:
- If you don’t assign it to a listing in MLS within 30 days.
- Within 48 hours after the listing closes or cancels.
- Within the month of February when the new program is implemented.
If your lockbox is lost, stolen or destroyed, or if you fail to return it on or before the Implementation Event, you will be charged $89.00 + tax. Boxes cannot be shared, transferred or sold.
