Once you have logged in to your agent Control Panel you now have access to the free individual listing detailed reporting benefit.
 
Using detailed reporting from realtor.com® provides the following information regarding each listing in your inventory:

• Search Results Impressions:  See exactly how many times your client’s homes have shown up in the local search results on realtor.com®
• Listing Page Views:  See how many times your client’s homes have been viewed by buyers
• Inquiries:  See how many potential buyers have inquired about your client’s listings

Reports will display up to 12 months of data, with the ability to view activity on each individual listing in your inventory.  There is also a report version available that you can send via e-mail to your sellers, as well as a Broker-version with all of your office’s listings.
