We will dispel several myths concerning VA financing:

• Since VA loans are zero down, they must be weak, right?— wrong, BEST performing loan out there.
• Vet’s can only use their eligibility once, right?— wrong, you can use it over and over, AND can own several homes at the same time!
• Vet’s have no money, lower credit scores, and make less $$— Avg score is 738, $17k liquid avg assets, $20k higher income than avg.
