NMREC 2023 Core Course (via Zoom)

4 CE (Annual Core Course)

This course meets the 2023 NMREC Core Course requirement. This course replaced the NMREC Mandatory Course and needs to be completed annually to maintain your license. 

The 2023 Core Course includes an in-depth discussion of Transaction Brokerage vs. Agency representation in a real estate transaction, interesting “Broker B” case studies from the New Mexico Real Estate Commission, Brokers role in proper disclosure of Homeowners Associations, and interesting “Hot Topics” in New Mexico Real Estate.
