Come learn the history of Zoning, what the Zoning Code means, how overlays and sector plans effect all Zoning, how to get special exemptions and even amend the Zoning.  This class will provide you an opportunity to acquire the zoning knowledge your clients deserve.

Surveys from A to Z (March 13th, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, 4CE Education)

Through this engaging program, attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of legal descriptions and why they are so important in real estate transactions.  Learn how to read and understand different types of surveys, which type is most appropriate for a given transaction, and how title companies use surveys for title insurance coverages.

*Both courses are CE approved for Appraisers.
