Larry has been working in Real Estate for the last 22
years. He became an instructor at Kaplan in 2014. In
2011, Larry decided to also work in the Solar industry
and became the sales manager for a small solar
integration company and then moved to a much larger
solar company as the sales manager that same year.
Larry modeled, designed and sold solar PV to the
consumer for residential use. He has an extensive
knowledge in all aspects of solar PV as it relates to the
residential and commercial applications. With the
proliferation of residential and commercial solar PV,
Larry has seen the true need for the Real Estate
industry to become familiar with and aware of the
impacts this can create in resale.
