If you are a current CRS a la carte subscriber
Your CRS Tax invoice for July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023, is in your Member Portal and ready for payment.
CRS a la carte Fee
The cost of CRS Tax program is $180 annually and is non-refundable. The billing cycle for CRS coincides with the SWMLS Annual Billing schedule.
If you are not a current CRS subscriber and wish to subscribe
Please complete the commitment form below. After your form is received, you will receive an email from GAAR informing you that your CRS Tax invoice for July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023, is in your Member Portal and ready for payment. Upon making payment please allow up to 48 hours for your access to be enabled.
