The Affiliate Committee plays a vital role in GAAR's success.
As a collaborative team of individuals who specialize in products, services, supplies and resources that are of value to REALTORS® and their clients, the Affiliate Committee is charged with supporting the success of the REALTOR® community through educational programs, community volunteerism, informative forums, and charitable activities that promote and enhance the Real Estate Industry and Greater Albuquerque Area.
To ensure the committee's mission is accomplished successfully, the Affiliate Committee Chairs lead not only the Affiliate Committee but the Affiliate Membership as a whole in the form of the Affiliate Leadership Subcommittee. Affiliate Leadership volunteer their time and resources to develop and coordinate Affiliate-related classes, forums, events, and special initiatives for GAAR's members.
Elections for the 2016 Affiliate Comittee Vice Chair position will take place on October 8, 2015 during the Affiliate Committee meeting. The elected individual will serve a term of three years: the first year in the Vice Chair position, the second year in the Chair position, and the third year in the Immediate Past Chair position.
