New Phone System on Thursday, March 28th

The GAAR office is transitioning to a new phone system on Thursday, March 28th at 9:30 am which may cause a brief service interruption of up to 10 minutes.

Based on member feedback, the system will provide you several new features:

  • Ability to reach any department or staff from the automated system
  • Directory search by name
  • Calls will be transcripted and can be used as a reference for more accurate resolution
