We are at a significant turning point in the American labor force, with 92 million millennials infiltrating the workforce and 10,000 baby boomers retiring every day.

Standing in the gap of this tectonic shift are hiring managers who want talented candidates at all levels, but may have trouble vetting recent college graduates with no work experience.

Today’s hiring manager is also dealing with a fundamental change in how this new generation views work. Corner offices and the ladder of success have given way to open spaces and collaborative workplaces where position does not dictate the freedom to express new ideas and strategies.
