The goal of this course is to instill safety awareness and habits as second nature so that real estate professionals—as well as their clients and customers—know how to avert or respond to dangerous situations and avoid harm as they practice their profession.

This course will also cover how to:

  • Motivate real estate professionals to realize their exposure to risks
  • Follow safety best practices when showing property, conducting an open house, working in the office, and driving alone or with clients or customers
  • Learn how to quickly assess a potentially dangerous situation and take appropriate action
  • Safeguard your own and your clients’ personal data, as well as practice prudent use of social media and mobile phone technology
  • Encourage all agents and employees to follow safety best practices and company safety policies

Instructor: Kellie Tinnin's background includes business, project management, marketing, risk, hard work, and determination. She landed in the Real Estate industry as it was facing one of the worst financial crises since the Great Depression.

As a top producing Real Estate Broker in New Mexico, she learned the skills necessary to successfully consult with and negotiate with clients. She was often looked to as an expert in the real estate industry, contributing her expertise to publications like Inman News.

With a passion for learning, Kellie’s goal is to help organizations succeed. She aims to be different and unique while making a measurable impact on adult learners. She is skilled in instructional design, organizational development, and training techniques. She strives to develop training and lead organizations in a fresh and innovative manner.

She is involved in her local community supporting animal welfare. She is also actively involved with the Association for Talent Development, New Mexico.
