About the Instructor: Darcie Castleberry

Darcie Castleberry was the Chief Financial Officer here at the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®. Prior to joining GAAR, she had her own accounting consulting business, Veritas Consultants, where she worked closely with small businesses and non-profits.

From the beginning of her career, Darcie’s mission was to positively impact her clients with innovative time management systems, streamlined accounting procedures and investigative accounting.

With over twenty-seven years of experience in accounting, Darcie has taught budgeting and debt-free living for the past 16 years. She believes her most important contribution to businesses and individuals is to teach them how to manage their money and not have it manage them. The freedom and peace of living debt-free is unsurpassed by many other accomplishments in life.

Darcie graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 1995 and has received accounting certifications starting in 1989.
