KATIE K. SNAPP

Katie Snapp is a certified leadership coach and expert in communication skills for leadership development. She has worked globally with clients such as NASA’s Johnson Space Center, General Dynamics, and Bausch & Lomb, as well as regional business including PNM, Phelps Dodge, Nusenda, Ambercare, and Lovelace Health Systems.  She also has extensive experience working with the Department of Air Force and Department of Navy, and for the US State Department at the IAEA in Vienna, Austria. She was the Culture Change Manager for the CounterAir Joint Program Office at Eglin AFB from 2000-2002 as a consultant-in-residence, serving to lead and coordinate the government-industry missile systems products and teams.

Katie has been a professional development partner with GAAR since 2014 with their staff, the GAAR and SWMLS Boards, as well as the GAAR membership.
