Wildfire Risk in Real Estate

This three-hour class is designed to provide attendees

with a detailed summation of current aspects of wildfire

risk in real estate and the application of responsible real

estate growth. It is outlined to provide a view of the main

elements that revolve around commercial and residential

land use, environmental planning, and manageable real

estate growth, as they apply to wildfire risk.

About Richard: Richard has been engaged in commercial real estate for more than two decades as a licensed Associate Broker, having worked with developers, investors and business owners on a variety of sales, leasing and property management projects. Richard is also a licensed Real Estate Instructor, having written thirteen continuing education course booklets that are copyrighted via the Library of Congress, and teaching both live and on-line formats. Richard holds the Distinguished Real Estate Instructor(DREI) designation from REEA, as well as the Certified Distance Education Instructor(CDEI) designation from ARELLO.
