Since 1973, when NAR hired its first lobbyist, REALTORS® have worked together to protect homeownership, private property rights, and the real estate industry.

The REALTOR® Party isn’t about politics—it’s about issues that matter to homeowners and REALTORS®, such as fair housing, community growth, and a strong business environment. Through advocacy, community outreach, and grassroots engagement, more than 1.4 million REALTORS® nationwide help shape policies that support America’s 75 million homeowners and those who aspire to own a home.

Local, state, and national associarecotions have expanded their community presence and advocacy impact—all thanks to the continued commitment of REALTORS® who invest in the REALTOR® Party.

Recognition Levels

NAR Hall of Fame

Induction into the Hall of Fame is one of the highest honors in REALTOR® advocacy. The REALTOR® Party Hall of Fame honors members who have made an exceptional, long-term investment in advocacy by contributing $25,000 or more in lifetime support to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). These REALTORS® have shown unwavering dedication to protecting homeownership and advancing our industry.

President’s Circle

The President’s Circle recognizes REALTORS® who are major inventors and contribute an additional $2,000 each year directly to RPAC selected congressional candidates. Their leadership helps ensure policymakers understand the importance of real estate and property rights.

Major Investor Levels:

Golden R – $5,000 (sustaining $2,500 each year)

The Golden R level recognizes REALTORS® who invest $5,000 or more annually in RPAC. Golden R investors are among the most committed advocates in the REALTOR® community, helping shape policy at the local, state, and national levels.

Crystal R – $2,500 (sustaining $1,500 each year)

The Crystal R level honors REALTORS® who contribute $2,500 or more annually to RPAC. These members demonstrate a strong dedication to supporting REALTOR®-friendly candidates and advancing issues that protect property rights and homeownership.

Sterling R – $1,000 (for the year)

The Sterling R level recognizes REALTORS® who invest $1,000 or more annually in RPAC. Sterling R members form the foundation of RPAC’s success, ensuring the REALTOR® voice is heard in legislative decisions that impact real estate professionals and homeowners.
