2025 RPAC Champions: Recognizing Our Advocacy Leaders
The History of the REALTOR® Party

Since the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) hired its first lobbyist in 1973, America’s largest trade association has worked tirelessly to advance public policies and support candidates who strengthen communities, protect property rights, and promote a vibrant business environment.

As the only advocacy group in America that fights exclusively for homeownership, real estate investment, strong communities, and the free enterprise system, the REALTOR® Party isn’t about left, right, or center—it’s about the issues that matter most to REALTORS®, homeowners, and future property owners alike.

Through community outreach, voter engagement, and candidate support, the REALTOR® Party leverages the association’s greatest strength—its grassroots network of 1.4 million REALTORS® across the U.S. and territories—to advocate for America’s 75 million homeowners and those striving to achieve the dream of homeownership.

In recent years, REALTORS® have continued to grow their political influence through legislative victories nationwide. Local, state, and national associations have expanded their community presence and advocacy impact—all thanks to the continued commitment of REALTORS® who invest in the REALTOR® Party.

Congratulations to our 2025 REALTOR® Party champions. These members have earned recognition for their dedication to REALTOR® advocacy and support this year. Thank you for helping ensure that REALTORS® have a strong voice in shaping the future of homeownership.
