
The 2025 New Mexico Housing Summit, taking place September 17–19th, will serve as one of the state’s most comprehensive housing conferences, bringing together professionals, policymakers, advocates, lenders, developers, and community leaders for three days of collaboration, education, and practical insight.
With over 40 sessions, the Summit will explore key topics such as affordable housing development, service coordination, homelessness response, land use reform, and funding trends. Sessions will range from practical trainings like “Housing Development 101” to in-depth policy discussions on landlord-tenant law, the Build America, Buy America Act, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit programs.
