Frontline and the Washington Post teamed up to investigate what happens after the federal Department of Justice steps in to force reform at police departments. Albuquerque is operating under a settlement with the DOJ over police use of force. The reporters found that after the DOJ stepped in at departments nationwide, they typically had better policies and training, but results on use-of-force issues were mixed after DOJ intervention. New ABF event manager sets record
