This year, we’re trying something new—and we think you’ll love it!

Instead of each committee hosting its own small celebration, the GAAR Board of Directors voted to bring everyone together for one big holiday party honoring are GAAR and SWMLS committee members. It’s a chance to celebrate the year’s achievements, connect across committees, and toast the teamwork that made 2025 such a success. Each committee will highlight it's accomplishments and goals. Then it’s time to relax and celebrate together—with great food, drinks, and company!

What’s on the Menu

• An oversized charcuterie spread by a local caterer
• A selection of beer & wine to keep spirits bright
• Door prizes to add a little sparkle
• A fun icebreaker to start the mingle

Why the Change?

This new format celebrates our shared success as one REALTOR® family—bringing together all committees under one roof to honor the collective impact of GAAR and SWMLS volunteers.

Of course, if individual committees wish to hold additional private gatherings, they’re welcome to do so on their own—but we hope you’ll join us for the main event where everyone comes together to celebrate as one.

Bring a Guest!

Committee members are welcome to bring a guest—especially another member who might be interested in learning more about our committees and getting involved in 2026. 

Your dedication throughout the year has helped GAAR and SWMLS thrive—from policy and education to outreach and innovation. This celebration is our way of saying thank you for your time, your energy, and your impact on our REALTOR® community.
