Member Support Coordinator

General Description of Responsibilities
A Member Support Coordinator, aka ‘Director of First Impressions,’ has a responsibility for creating a positive environment and experience for members. This position interfaces directly and regularly with members to answer a wide variety of questions and resolve issues about Association membership, benefits, and programs; processes and maintains membership applications, change requests, payments, and related records and documentation; supports lock box access; and performs a variety of accounts receivable, data entry and auditing and related administrative/business processes.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Provide hospitality, customer service, and information to customers

2. Create and maintain accurate member records and systems data

3. Perform routine accounts receivable and other similar bookkeeping functions

4. Perform other general office duties

5. Perform Affiliate and Event Support duties
