Well, it's mostly free.

This year, NAR will provide the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation course at no charge, normally costing $295. The annual ABR® dues are also waived the first year, normally costing $110. So in 2024, the only cost to you would be the cost to complete an ABR® elective.

The ABR®  course is designed to help REALTORS®:

• Articulate and demonstrate their value to buyers in this ever-evolving real estate landscape
• Focus on key information and skills needed when working with buyers
• Explain written buyer representation agreements with buyers
