On Friday, August 2nd, the GAP Committee once again delivered an unforgettable G.R.E.A.T. experience with their latest signature event. This year's event boasted 18 vendors and 175 attendees who were treated to a blend of networking, knowledge, and camaraderie that showcased the vibrant spirit of membership.

The event was kicked off with Keynote Ashley Strauss-Martin, NMAR Legal Counsel who provided an in-depth perspective on the NAR Settlement, new rules, and how members can stay compliant. A panel of Directors, comprised of eight serving Board Members was up next. Breakout sessions offered the opportunity to delve deeper into specific topics of interest. The afternoon was capped off with a stand-up routine by local comedian Steven Michael Quezada.
