PulteGroup's master planned community in Rio Rancho, Loma Colorado, is nearly complete.
There are three communities in the Loma Colorado neighborhood, located at 3610 Colina Serena Place NE near Highway 528, Rio Rancho High School and the Rio Rancho Sports Complex. Pulte has fewer than two dozen homes and home lots left in its Pinnacle, Apex and Meridian communities at Loma Colorado.
Garret Price, vice president of land for PulteGroup's New Mexico division, said Pulte is working to acquire land in Rio Rancho as its Loma Colorado community nears completion.
"Rio Rancho continues to be a very popular place for families to live," Price said.
PulteGroup (NYSE: PHM) has five other communities in the Albuquerque area, most of which are on the Westside except for its Mesa Del Sol footprint in the south part of the city.
