The goal of the Leadership Development Program (LDP) is to provide you with the tools you need for your successful leadership journey. Through this fun and innovative program, you will understand more about yourself and the important role you play as a member of this community.

Like them, you will learn how you can make a difference in you industry, your local community, your Association and in your own business.

LDP is a unique educational and informational program designed to encourage and develop future leaders in our industry and community at all levels. It consists of five modules, which will be held on consecutive Fridays beginning September 30, 2016.

The modules will take place on the following days (all sessions are from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm) and will include breakfast and lunch.

Friday, September 30th
Friday, October 7th
Friday, October 14th
Friday, October 21st  
Friday, October 28th  
Graduation at Annual Meeting on Wednesday, December 7th

A $150 commitment fee is required from each person selected to participate. This program is service to members and is valued at $1,500.

In addition to attending all sessions, participants will be asked to participate in initiatives requiring a commitment of their time extending past the structured modules. Through an application and interview process, approximately 40 individuals will be invited to participate in the 2016 program.
